Step into the kitchen and discover how to turn simple milk into something special. We’re excited to welcome Therese Drake from Drakes Fresh Produce for a hands-on workshop exploring traditional techniques for creating delicious, homemade dairy products.
In this practical session, you will:
Separate milk and understand the basics of dairy transformation.
Churn your own butter from scratch.
Make natural yoghurt using simple methods.
Create labneh and learn how to roll and preserve it in olive oil.
