A Wrap-Up of Autumn’s Bounty

This week marked the end of our potato harvest—and we’re pleased with the crop!
It should keep us going right through the winter.
Alongside the spuds, we’ve also gathered all the pumpkins and safely stored them away, dry and out of reach of those sharp-toothed little critters (yes, we’re looking at you, mice!).
Of course, it’s not just the veggies that are growing—the weeds are having a great time too. So, winter will bring plenty of weeding along with it.
In between all that, I managed to get into the strawberry bed and start some new plants. After a successful strawberry season and learning how to grow them on a larger scale, we’re thinking it’s time to expand and grow even more next season!
