A big week of progress and excitement!

Theres Drake

This week has been a whirlwind of activity!

On Monday evening, we welcomed three young German backpackers to the farm, and they’ve been a tremendous help ever since. With their hard work, we completed our eco garden—a project that has been months in the making.

They covered the entire space with straw and filled the pathways with wood chips, bringing our vision to life.

We’re now eagerly anticipating vibrant blooms, flourishing herbs, and a bounty of fresh produce from this special space.

Excitement is building as we prepare to host our very first camper!

Setting up the site meant making some updates and adding new amenities. Everything came together beautifully.

Adam Rowe Welding whipped up a fantastic outdoor shower, and before we knew it, the plumber arrived to install the water.

Guests can now enjoy a warm outdoor shower as part of their veggie patch camping experience.

With summer in full swing and BBQ season underway, we’ve got you covered for those festive gatherings.

Our freezer is stocked with high-quality mince from Old Township Farm, perfect for crafting your own burgers.

I’m also experimenting with sourdough buns—stay tuned, as we may have some ready to try tomorrow!

For a sweet festive treat, don’t miss out on our hand-made Swiss biscuit boxes. At $26.50 for 500 grams, these mixed Christmas cookie boxes are available until Christmas Eve.

We’re open every Saturday from 11–5 as usual. Come and see what’s new, grab your goodies, and take a stroll through the patch—it’s looking amazing after all the hard work this week.
