We are finished with digging up potatoes.
An absolute amazing crop and some really nice sized spuds amongst them all…
Dutch cream- really nice to roast
Otway red- mash and gnocchi
Nicola- low GI and a good all rounder
We planted two beds of strawberries- if all goes well we will have them come through comes summer.
And we are still planting winter veggies, the lot that should feed us all in spring.
On Fridays we spend the morning in the kitchen and in the afternoon we pick veggies for Saturday.
Tomorrow is a Mother’s Day market in Cobden from 10-2
There will be a nice variety of stalls.
Check out the socials for more info.
