Strong winds dominated the first half of the week, bringing with them a bit of chaos.
We had one big tree come down, making quite the mess, but thankfully no damage to buildings.
It was a near miss for a table full of plants, though!
The painting job continued, and we just managed to finish it before the floor gets done—perfect timing!
Unfortunately, due to some hail and strong winds, a few of our crops aren't in pickable condition, so our offering this week will be a bit smaller.
However, be sure to check out our list of frozen items—snow peas make a great addition to stir-fries, casseroles, or mixed veggies as a side dish.
The girls and I also attended the pitch night, marking the grand finale of the 12-week course I participated in, along with a couple of sessions of the boot camp.
Although I wasn’t chosen to pitch, I was there to cheer on my mates who put in an incredible effort to present their ideas!
